How much would screen repairs of a Dell XPS model M1210 cost?

I've got a Dell XPS model m1210 and I accidentally wrecked half the screen. How much would you say that would cost if I were to take it in and attempt to get it fixed? If need be I can provide pictures of the damage. The computer works perfectly fine it's just the screen.



Please I need your help, it isn't my computer it's my dads. And he'll kill me if it's like 800 dollars.

And you will see that the prices on the 12.1" screens range from less than $200 to well over $400... and I don't have the part number for that particular screen handy...



Labor is between 2 and 3 hours tops. SO, any shop looking to make a profit on it, depending on the price of the screen, will prolly charge between $350 and $700 for the job.
