How do i reset my Dell Dimension 2400 computer to its factory settings?

Hello, can anyone tell me How do i reset my Dell Dimension 2400 computer to its factory settings cant seem to get through to Dell on the phone tried many many times, the amount of time i have hang on i could have bought a new computer, thanks SpikeHow do i reset my Dell Dimension 2400 computer to its factory settings?Unfortunately the Dell Dimension 2400 does not have the option for the Dell PC restore.

Be sure to have all of your important programs/files backed up before starting the reinstall.
