My adapter keeps dying and coming back to life and when I began to think it was dying from bein moved while plugged in, I left iton my desk. It worked for a while but died last night. I don't think the adapter is the issue but the jack inside. Has anyone has this replaced? I know it invokes removing my motherboard so im assuming it'll cost a lot :/ my Dell is an inspirion 1521.How much would it approx. cost for labor to replace my dc power jack on a Dell inspirion?i had same problem on an old laptop.
the dc power jack is only 拢5 or $6
but the labour was 拢60 or $70. and this was in a back street store and not a high street store
