Where to send a dell laptop to get refurbished?

My mom recently got a macbook pro and now I have her old Dell XPS. The keyboard is broken, its very slow, and always heats up to the point its hard to type. We were thinking that we'd bring it to some place to get it refurbished, or even send it in to Dell. What should we do?



I need the laptop for schoolwork like essays and projects AND for facebook, music, etc.
