Its a Dell E520. The case is a NZXT Nemesis. I'm aware that the NZXT case only takes ATX motherboards. But I was planning on doing some modifications to it, like drilling new holes and re- tappind them and so on. Will I be able to use the lights that come with the gaming case? Please help! Thanks in advance! Is it possible to transfer everything from a Dell computer to a NZXT case?Depending on the Lights yes. You have to read the motherboard manual and see where the pin locations for the case lights will be. Most front panel case lights are located in the bottom right of the motherboard towards the bottom of the case facing you. It will have a 10-12 pin block that have HDD, RESET, PWR and NULL and another I can't remember. There is a missing pin in the block too. The CMOS reset pin will be located near that 10 Pin block usually right above it.
Honestly its all different so I cannot guarantee it. Some Dell's have all there front panel wires in one block connect. I usually disconnect all the wires from the block and place them on the pins seperatly. It is a pain and usually takes a time or two to get it right and then there are wires hanging that there are no pin connects for them for.
I've had good and bad results in doing what you are going to do. Be careful when drilling those holes make sure you don't go through the motherboard inset wiring.
Good Luck.....
