How do I get my volume back on my Dell Inspiron laptop?

I can't get my volume to work on my laptop, I have a Dell, and I can't get any volume whatsoever.

I tried going to the Control Panel and trying to adjust the volume, but it says that there is no audio device. I'm not good with computers, anyone have any suggestions on what to do, how to update it, how to fix it?How do I get my volume back on my Dell Inspiron laptop?Looks like you have a problem with your audio driver.

After that, on the page it brings you to, click on manuals and get the "service manual".

Entering the service tag of your Dell computer or peripheral helps Dell deliver solutions tailored to the products you own. Your Service Tag is a unique five- to seven- digit alphanumeric (letter and number) code, which is found on a white bar-coded label affixed to your Dell computer or peripheral.
