What is better to have finger scanner or an face ID for you Dell?

I am getting a new Dell. I am wondering which one works better. I have the finger scanner, it works very well, though you sometimes need to try 2-3 times for it to work.
What if you get plastic surgery or somin, good luck logging in then. Finger and face ID are a BIG waste of money, unless you work in the CIA or something I'm not sure you need a Face ID or Finger Scanner.





Also, The Face ID thing takes like 20 seconds to sometimes 10 minutes just to capture your picture, process it and let you log on. BIG waste of time.
finger scanner is best but someone can cut your fingers off then your stuffed, but then again if you have a car accident and become disfigured it wont work either HA HA HA , heres a tip,...... google for problems with both and you`ll see millions of problems for both

First off, its still beta (still going through testing). If you need to access your computer fast for some info, don't expect it to let you in without a fight.



Second off, fingerprint scanner is much more reliable. Fingerprint scanning has had over 5 years of testing to work out the bugs. Face scanner software has been offered on Dell computers for lets see... two months?

A finger scanner definetly. Someone else can have your face but not your fingerprint. though they also can get a copy of your fingerprint, yet it would be much harder. so i would co with finger scanner.
the finger scanner i would say is more accurate. it reads electrical impulse from you finger and it reads the print, then verifies it. the face scanner just takes a picture of your face and compares it to the one that is stored and lets you in. if you want to keep people from just logging right in without your permission then definatly the fingerprint reader. i have one and it cannot be fooled ive tryed many times, many ways. you could just hold a picture of your head up close to the camera and itll think hey that looks like his/her face lets let him/her right on in. hope this helps you let me know if you are in need of further assistance.
I don't know, I is all about your preference. If you feel sick then the scanner of your head. If you feel buoyant (like you can float). Dude This is the best answer. I agree with the finger scanner though. like what if you change your face, then you have to reset the thing if you can log in

flaws of the fingerprint scanner: you touch a LOT of things, and all you need in order for somebody to get your fingerprint is to use a piece of foil (you press the foil against the area in which you put your finger and they get your fingerprint)(foil is in almost every household)

what many people here didn't do was research; go to the website of the company that's using the face scanner



also, the face scanner will recognize you if you've gotten a hair cut or new glasses
dont waste your money on face scanner it is not practical even though it sounds cool. Get a finger print scanner, technology is far more advanced in the finger print compared to the face id. Thus the better option.
