Also how come when i click through their website i feel like there are 10 different prices for the same product and specifications. Also the "student discounts" are ridiculous. They raise the price and give you a discount but it ends up being more than just buying it normally.

How long does it take to make and ship a Dell Studio 17 Laptop?
I ordered a dell studio 17 laptop from the dell website on 7/21 and it said the estimated delivery date was 8/16; Does it realy take that long to make and ship a laptop?How long does it take to make and ship a Dell Studio 17 Laptop?I have the same issue. Just ordered a desktop and the expected delivery is 8/17. I guess i shocked them when i ordered something. Also they tried to charge more than they were suppose to. When i ordered the desktop it showed one price but when my confirmation came in, the price was higher. They told me it was an "error" that caused the rebate to disappear.
