I have tried holding CTRL and F11 when the Dell logo shows up when I restart but it isn't working. I am on vacation right now with a lot of people and I believe someone used my computer and put a virus on it. A blue screen will come on and it says something about the memory. I just want everything back to factor settings to see it will help. I don't have the restore CD with me so I need whatever I can use to restore it here on vacation.How do I factory restore my dell inspiron laptop?Try doing a restore of your computer to a date before someone made any changes.
