How to remove stain on my Dell laptop cover?

I use a Dell Inspiration laptop. There are some smudges on the cover of my laptop and I can't seem to clean them out. They look like oil stains, but I've tried using detergents to clean it and it won't come out.

Also, 409 would probably work okay; I use that stuff on everything. Otherwise, I'd just try not to look at the cover too much! Haha.
