How do you get bluetooth on dell computer?

My dell has windows, but I don't know how to get bluetooth on it. Please walk me through the steps.How do you get bluetooth on dell computer?what you need to find out first, from the Dell website, is if your laptop accepts a bluetooth module. if yes, then you can buy it straight from dell or ebay or wherever you buy it from. Make sure is comes with the FCC sticker, becuase without that adhered to the laptop, the bluetooth device pretty much becomes illegal hardware. I think that the current bluetooth module for dell inspirons is the 355 module, but I could be mistaken. Thats what I have. It's a pretty simple installation, and the driver cd comes with the module.
