Is Captain America ''GOOD'' in 3D?

I'm planning to see it tommorow. but im not sure if its good in 3D. i rather go 2D or 3D? Is there a bunch of 3D Scenes? like in the trailer, capt. america throw the shield. it is worth watching in 3D? or Not?Is Captain America ''GOOD'' in 3D?
There are one or two moments that might look slightly cool in 3D but I went and saw it in 2D and didn't look like there was anything cool except the shield flying around that would be neat in 3D. I don't think it really matters.Is Captain America ''GOOD'' in 3D?

Though Captain America wasn't shot with a 3D camera like Avatar, the director picked a few good scenes and converted them into 3D. Its not like a continuous 3D movie but has only a few parts. So, a part of the film is as normal as 2D but a few other parts are good in 3D. I'm sorry but I haven't seen Captain America but I personally don't like 3D. I mean, its cool to say that you saw a movie in 3D but personally, I can't see anything when I watch anything in 3D.
