How Can I Restore My Dell Laptop to Factory Settings?

I backed up all the files and figured it was an easy process. But then I went through the Advanced Boot menu but found there is no option for a factory restore. My 2009 Dell Inspiron 1525 came with Windows Vista, but I used a free upgrade disc to install 7. Should I just reinsert the Win 7 Disc and go through the prompts again?
