Well, the biggest one would be at the very end of the movie, after the credits. If you stayed in the theater till after the credits, you would have seen a short scene where Tony Stark walks into his office to find Nick Fury sitting in his chair. The two exchange a few words before the scene ends. What this is hinting is more or less a second iron man movie/avengers. Marvel will probably roll out a half dozen movies in the next few years. If you follow the comic books, you know that all the characters merge together in one way or another.
