I need help!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

The shield symbolize the protection that the American citizens are receiving. Instead, the American Army doesn鈥檛 give the bad guys protection. The army just kills the enemies on sight, which is not the way to go, it鈥檚 even said in our own Bills of Rights. The Army, unlike Captain America, drafts American citizens and forces them to fight, instead of protecting them their just sending the citizens to sacrifice themselves.

is that a run-on sentence or wrong comma usage

please help and thanksI need help!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
You have several language issues. I also find your thesis inane and grossly inaccurate. Here is my take on the grammar. You need to monitor your verbs' conjugation and substituting homonyms. Also, you should refrain from drifting from singular to plural terms.
