yes captin america does have a almost indestructible shield but your forgetting he also was injected with the super solider injection, that makes him stronger and faster then your average human

captain america would totally kick batmans a$$, he super human and has a military training background. batman is just a normal human with some martial arts moves, and he's rich, thats about it.
